About this design

A wearable Bluetooth Low Energy heart rate monitor designed around an nRF52 series SoC with an optical PPG sensor. The board fits in a 35×25mm form factor and runs for roughly a year on a CR2032 coin cell. Vectis generates the schematic, bill of materials, PCB layout, and CE compliance evidence directly from the natural-language specification.

Typical applications

Typical applications include fitness wearables, clinical heart-rate patches, sports performance trackers, and remote patient monitoring devices that need to ship a CE-marked product without spending six months on EMC iteration.

Compliance scope

CE marking covers EN 300 328 (BLE 2.4 GHz radio), EN 62479 (SAR low-power exemption), EN 55032/35 (emissions and immunity for ITE), and EN IEC 61000-3-2/3 (harmonics and flicker). Vectis pre-validates each domain before any prototype is built.
